We ask that you use the Membership Change Request form below to submit a change request to us. You should receive a confirmation email. If you do not, please reach out- thanks!

Written notice or the Membership Change Request form (below) must be given no less than fifteen (15) days prior to your last desired billing date. Member account billing recurs monthly on the 15th of each month. If you know that you are planning to cancel or freeze, you can submit the form weeks or months in advance.

For Family Memberships, please include all impacted family members. Use the blue โ€˜Include Additional Family Memberโ€™ button on the form below to add your additional members.

  • Yes. You can freeze your membership at any time for up to 3 months for FREE.

  • You may cancel your autopay after (2) full billing cycles.

    If you are seasonal and cancelling, please contact us to chat about freezing your membership โ–ถ You can freeze up to 3 months at no charge โ–ถ If you cancel and come back within 6 months, you do not need to repay your $49 initiation fee
