Online Shop Returns and Exchanges Policy

Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we are happy to accept returns or sizing exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase.  

Please note that in order to be eligible for a return your Volta Wear must be unused and in the same condition that it was received.

Please include your original packing slip when returning or exchanging an item.  

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt of  item(s). If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to  your credit card or original method of payment in a timely manner. 

We will replace an item only if defective or damaged in shipment.  

If you are wanting another size please contact us at orders@voltaclimbing.com and we can  arrange your exchange.  

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping  costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
